We are looking for an experienced Product Delivery Manager and Business Analyst to help lead the day-to-day delivery of our client work, helping champion teams through to success.

You might come from a business analysis, product delivery, project management, or consultancy background. We care less about the label and more about whether you can understand a problem, earn trust quickly, and make useful things happen that deliver true value for businesses and people.

This is a role for someone who enjoys variety. You will move between clients, domains, products, data, AI, and transformation work, learning fast, asking strong questions to get impactful outcomes.

You will have close access to senior leaders and specialists with space to grow as Data Truth grows.

You have experience connecting product, engineering, data, design, QA, and client teams so gaps are closed early and work keeps moving.

You are the kind of person who can hold the whole story without making everything feel heavy. You bring professionalism with fun and momentum, keep the detail under control, and are comfortable having honest conversations when something needs to change.

This role is a hands-on blend of business analysis, product thinking, and delivery leadership, helping businesses to scale using tech and data. You will create the clarity, confidence, and momentum that allow clients and teams to do their best work. Day-to-day you will be:

• Managing and owning day-to-day delivery across client projects and programmes, keeping outcomes, priorities, and commitments moving from conversation to completion.
• Working with clients and stakeholders to understand the real problem, define useful outcomes, and turn ambiguity into a clear way forward.
• Managing roadmaps, prioritising work for sprints, refining backlogs, creating milestones, and keeping delivery boards up to date in Git Hub Projects, Asana, or similar tools updated.
• Turning conversations into clear requirements, with user stories, acceptance criteria and practical next steps.
• Capturing context including rationale, assumptions, dependencies, risks, trade-offs and open questions diligently so context is not lost and decisions do not need to be remade.
• Helping everybody understand not only what they are doing, but why it matters, what outcome it supports, and how it connects to the wider programme and business goals.
• Planning and supporting workshops, running sprint ceremonies, reviews, demos, and client meetings that are engaging, well prepared, and designed to reach useful decisions.
• Building trusted client relationships through curiosity, empathy, honesty, and the confidence to challenge constructively when it will improve the outcome.
• Using or considering ways to use AI thoughtfully across the software delivery lifecycle, while validating AI outputs.
• Improving how we deliver as we grow, keeping what helps, challenging what does not, and avoiding process for process's sake.

You are a highly capable delivery person. You listen properly, understand what is really being said, and create clarity without stripping away nuance. You are organised enough to protect the detail, commercial enough to focus on value, and confident enough to lead when the path is not obvious.

You will have experience working directly with clients and cross-functional technology teams, and a strong understanding of how good software and product delivery works in practice. Your experience will cover areas including:

• Business analysis, discovery, requirements, and process mapping
• Product, project, or programme delivery across multiple work streams
• Roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery cadence
• Git Hub Projects, Asana, Jira, or similar delivery and planning tools
• Client workshops, stakeholder facilitation, and clear decision-making
• Risk, dependency, priority, and trade-off management
• Diligent documentation, context retention, and closing the loop
• Working with engineering, data, design, QA, and product disciplines
