We’re seeking a seasoned financial advisory leader with a proven track record in guiding mid-market, multinational, and complex organisations through periods of stress or distress. You bring clarity, structure, and strategic direction to challenging scenarios.

• Leadership in delivering financial advisory services including:
  • Independent Business Reviews (IBRs)
  • Liquidity and working capital assessments
  • Financial modelling and restructuring
  • Stakeholder options analysis
• Trusted advisor to senior stakeholders including:
  • C-suite executives
  • Lenders and alternative finance providers
  • Private equity and institutional investors
  • Government bodies and regulators

• Professional qualification: ICAEW or ACCA (required)
• Sector-specific expertise or network (advantageous)
• Strong grasp of regulatory and statutory frameworks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and Power Point
• Exceptional written, analytical, and numerical skills
