You’ll be the ultimate product expert:
The go-to person for detailed instructions and guidance on what is (and what isn’t) possible with Frontify. Not only do you know how to position Frontify for various use cases when helping our commercial teams during a pitch, but you’ll also find creative workarounds and alternative ways of using our platform  in order to improve the value a customer gets out of Frontify, and you will add valuable insights for our product strategy based on customer interactions.

To best support our commercial teams, you’ll also get to know the tools our customers use most and advise on how to use Frontify with these tools through integrations, plugins, or separately. These tools include Figma, InDesign, CMSs and n8n. You’re curious to learn how our customers use items like Frontify’s API and SDK to improve their Frontify experience, even if you haven’t worked with these before.

As the centralized repository for technical consulting, you’ll collaborate with our Sales and Customer Success teams to successfully convert opportunities and grow accounts over time. You’ll also build a bridge to Product Marketing and Product Management teams to generate scalable materials and trainings that will help the company’s commercial success.

What you'll doYou'll become the go-to expert on Frontify, advising internal teams on platform capabilities, best practices, and creative solutions for a wide range of customer use cases.

You'll partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to deliver technical consultations, support customer evaluations, and help convert opportunities into long-term customer partnerships.

You'll position Frontify's capabilities through tailored demonstrations and solution design, finding innovative ways to maximize customer value.

You'll advise customers and internal teams on integrating Frontify with tools such as Figma, Adobe InDesign, CMS platforms, automation tools, and other technologies.

You'll deepen your expertise in Frontify's APIs, SDK, and extensibility capabilities to help customers solve complex technical challenges.

You'll capture customer feedback and technical insights to influence product strategy and help shape future platform development.

You'll collaborate with Product Marketing and Product Management to create scalable enablement content, technical documentation, and training materials for commercial teams.

You'll continuously explore new technologies, customer workflows, and industry trends to strengthen Frontify's technical consulting capabilities.

Comfortable with a hybrid work model, spending 1-2 days per week in our St. Gallen or London office.

What you bring

You have 4+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role, ideally in SaaS.You combine strong technical curiosity with a commercial mindset and enjoy helping customers solve complex business challenges.

You're quick to master new products and technical concepts, and you thrive on becoming the trusted expert others turn to for guidance.
