MUFG, a globally respected financial institution, is seeking a Project Analyst Operations to join their London-based Operations Change function.

What you'll do:

Support the delivery of projects and programme activities throughout the entire Operations portfolio by assisting Project Managers and Programme Managers with coordination tasks.

Maintain comprehensive project plans, action trackers, RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies), and status reports to ensure accurate tracking of progress.

Coordinate meetings, workshops, and governance forums by preparing materials, taking minutes, and following up on actions with stakeholders across multiple teams.

Track project actions diligently and communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve outstanding items promptly.

Assist in documenting business requirements, processes, and project outcomes to ensure clarity and alignment across all involved parties.

Build effective working relationships with colleagues from Operations, Technology, Compliance, and Business teams to foster collaboration and shared understanding.

Maintain project documentation according to internal standards and governance requirements for auditability and compliance.

Support post-implementation reviews and lessons learned activities by gathering feedback and helping identify areas for improvement.

Contribute to trade lifecycle and payments-related change initiatives by providing analytical support and coordinating relevant activities.

Assist with ad-hoc analysis tasks as required by the project management team to address emerging needs or challenges.

What you bring:

Experience with in financial services, consulting, project management, operations or related fields demonstrating your dependability in handling multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Strong organisational skills paired with excellent administrative abilities that enable you to maintain meticulous records and manage competing priorities efficiently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel for data analysis, PowerPoint for presentations, and Word for documentation management.
