Overview

We are recruiting for an experienced Aftersales Performance Analyst to join a rapidly growing automotive organisation. Thisis an excellent opportunity for a highly organised, analytical, and proactiveindividual to support the Aftersales leadership team in driving operational performance across a national retailer and service network.

The successful candidate will play a key role in monitoringaftersales performance, managing reporting processes, coordinating management meetings, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

The role will be office based in our clients head office in Chiswick Park.

• Support the Aftersales leadership team in consolidating and reviewing regional and departmental performance reports.
• Monitorkey performance indicators including customer satisfaction, warrantyperformance, service revenue, and parts sales.
• Produceanalytical summaries highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

• Collect,manage, and analyse operational data from regional and head officeaftersales teams.
• Maintainreporting tools, dashboards, and performance tracking systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports.

• Organise and coordinate regular management meetings, reviews, and workshops.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for senior management.

• Identify operational bottlenecks and support the implementation of more efficient processes.
• Assist with the introduction of new systems and reporting tools to improveaccuracy and efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the aftersales function.

• Accuracy and timeliness of aftersales reporting.
• Completionrate of actions arising from management meetings.
• Quality and insightfulness of performance analysis.
• Contribution to measurable reporting and process efficiency improvements.
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and management.

• Minimumof 3 years' experience within aftersales operations, data analysis,business administration, or a related automotive environment.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and coordination skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using data visualisation tools such as Power BI.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Abilityto work effectively within a fast-paced team environment.
