London Salary: £100,000 - £110,0000  car allowance 20% bonus The Opportunity This is a senior, commercially focused role offering the opportunity to lead and expand the dilapidations service line, while remaining hands-on with high-profile client work. Youll have significant influence over the continued growth of the service, working with major institutional investors, property owners and occupiers across sectors including industrial, offices, PBSA and build-to-rent.

The role would suit an established Building Surveyor with a strong network, proven technical expertise and the commercial drive to develop a service line and generate new business.

Key Responsibilities Lead the growth and development of the dilapidations offering across the wider business. Build and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients. Develop and execute a clear business plan, including fee generation and business development targets. Identify opportunities to broaden the service offering and generate new instructions. Support the development, mentoring and performance of junior and senior surveyors. Drive best practice, consistency, quality control and continuous improvement across the service.

Work collaboratively with other teams across development, built asset, engineering and sustainability. Contribute to marketing, thought leadership, case studies and business development initiatives. Help identify emerging market trends and opportunities within the commercial property sector. What We're Looking For MRICS qualified with a relevant degree or equivalent qualification. Significant experience in Building Surveying and, specifically, dilapidations. Strong technical knowledge with the ability to lead complex instructions from inception through to completion.

An established network of commercial property contacts and the ability to generate new opportunities. Proven business development and client relationship management experience. Commercially minded, with a track record of delivering against fee and revenue targets. Confident leading, mentoring and developing others. Comfortable managing multiple instructions and working autonomously. Strong understanding of risk management, quality assurance and professional best practice. Why Consider the Role?
