Competitive, depending on experience A growing organisation is looking for an experienced Product Director to build and lead its product management function. This is a senior role where youll have the opportunity to put the right structure in place and take ownership of how products are developed, prioritised and managed. The role Youll establish a practical product management process covering discovery, validation, prioritisation and product planning.

Youll bring clearer ownership to product decisions and make sure priorities are based on customer needs, commercial value and business goals. Youll work closely with commercial, operational, technology and delivery teams to make sure everyone is working towards the same priorities. Youll also introduce a clear approach to reviewing the product roadmap, tracking progress and making decisions when priorities change.

A big part of the role will be helping the organisation move from reacting to individual requests towards making informed product decisions based on evidence, customer needs and expected outcomes. What we're looking for Youll have experience building or developing a product management function and understand how product management and delivery teams need to work together. Someone comfortable working in an environment where processes are still being developed and will need to be someone who can bring structure without over complicating things.

Someone that has strong stakeholder management skills and be confident challenging decisions when necessary. Experience managing competing priorities, working through ambiguity and leading change will be important. This is a full-time position, for an experienced Product Director wanting to establish and lead a product management function and have a direct impact on the organisations future product direction.
