An exciting opportunity has become available within the IELTS team for a Regulations & Compliance Officer, IELTS to join our global operations team.
This role plays a critical part in supporting IELTS' contractual, regulatory and reporting obligations across key government authorities, regulators and stakeholders worldwide. Working closely with the IELTS Partner Manager and colleagues across IDP, the British Council and Cambridge University Press & Assessment, you'll help ensure IELTS continues to meet its commitments to some of the world's most important immigration, education and regulatory bodies.
About the roleAs the Regulations & Compliance Officer, IELTS
, you will provide administrative, governance and operational support across a broad range of compliance, reporting and stakeholder engagement activities. You will help coordinate regulatory obligations, support audit and compliance processes, maintain governance records, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the global IELTS network.
- Coordinate and support delivery of contractual and regulatory reporting obligations
- Monitor compliance schedules,obligation sand deadline
- Support regulator,partner and stakeholder engagement activities
- Coordinate audit readiness, evidencecollectionand remediation actions
- Support incident management, compliancereviewsand continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate compliance and governance project activities
- Track traceability of contractual commitments to operational compliance
- Use analytical skills todetermineareas of risk and opportunity across the contractual and stakeholder landscape
- Undertake work asisreasonablyrequiredto support the needs of the business

- A proactive and customer-focused approach to work
- Previous experience supporting governance, compliance, audit, operational or project activities
- Knowledge of IELTS operations or international education services
