Role:
Customer Success Analyst
A client in the technology and AI industry is seeking a Customer Success Analyst to join the team on an initial 6 month contract.
You will support enterprise clients throughout the customer lifecycle, from implementation and onboarding through to adoption, renewal, and expansion. Reporting into the Customer Success team, you will work closely with sales, product, and marketing stakeholders to drive customer engagement, maximise platform value, and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers, supporting implementation, training, adoption, and ongoing success.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers realise measurable business value.
- Identify and drive new use cases and expansion opportunities within existing accounts, partnering with commercial teams to support account growth.
- Monitor account health metrics, prepare client reporting, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges and enhance customer outcomes.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in consulting, account management, customer success, or another client-facing role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related discipline.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with BI tools, procurement, technology, or AI solutions is advantageous.
