We work with clients around the world on complex business challenges, transformation, and capability building, with a strong focus on practical outcomes and lasting impact.

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to join our London team. You will play a key role in leading client work streams, solving complex business problems, managing senior stakeholders, and delivering meaningful transformation outcomes. You will also contribute to business development and help strengthen our growing consulting practice.

What will you be doing?
  • Lead work streams within complex client engagements, from problem definition through to recommendation and implementation
  • Structure ambiguous business problems, develop hypotheses, analyse information, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and manage day-to-day engagement with senior stakeholders
  • Drive business transformation initiatives across areas such as operating model, organisational change, process improvement, strategy execution, and digital transformation
  • Adapt your approach to each client context, ensuring solutions are practical, sustainable, and focused on measurable outcomes
  • Bring an informed perspective on AI and emerging technologies, helping clients understand where they can create genuine business value
  • Contribute to business development through proposals, RFPs, research, account development, and client conversations
  • Support and develop junior consultants through coaching, feedback, and high-quality project leadership
  • Contribute to ADAPTOVATE's intellectual property, methodologies, and points of view based on project experience and emerging market needs
What ADAPTOVATE is looking for?
  • Approximately 5-8 years of management consulting experience, ideally within a leading strategy, management, transformation, or digital consulting firm
  • Currently operating at Senior Consultant, Manager, or equivalent level
  • Strong structured problem-solving and analytical capability
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex consulting work streams and managing client relationships independently
  • Experience across business transformation, operating model, organisational change, digital strategy, process improvement, or strategy execution
  • Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to structure a compelling story, present confidently, and adapt your communication to different audiences
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and navigating complex client environments
  • Commercial awareness and some exposure to business development, proposals, or account growth
  • Genuine interest in AI and emerging technology and how these can be applied to business transformation; technical expertise is not required
  • Ability to support and develop junior team members while maintaining high standards of delivery
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline; a Master's degree or MBA is advantageous
What ADAPTOVATE offers?
  • Full-time permanent employment
  • Competitive compensation package, including an annual performance-based bonus
  • A significant EVP budget that can be used to support personal wellbeing, professional development and training, or visits to our offices around the world
  • Private medical insurance, including dental cover
  • Insurance benefits including life cover, group income protection, and critical illness cover
  • A clearly defined career path tailored to individual aspirations and development priorities
  • Hybrid working model. Our London team currently meets in the office a few times each month, with office space available for those who prefer to work onsite more regularly
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Employee Referral Programme
  • Opportunities to work with colleagues and clients across our global offices in the UK, Australia, Singapore, the US, Canada, and Europe
  • A collaborative, international consulting environment where you can have a meaningful impact on clients and on the growth of the firm

Join ADAPTOVATE and help clients navigate complex business transformation in an increasingly AI-enabled world.
