Chief of Staff

Position: Chief of Staff - Contract
SALT is supporting a market-leading global technology and professional services business who are seeking a Chief of Staff position partnering directly with the CEO and executive leadership team to drive strategic execution, organisational effectiveness, and business transformation initiatives. The role will act as a trusted advisor across key business priorities, leading cross-functional programmes, supporting board and investor engagement, and ensuring delivery against strategic objectives during a period of significant growth and change.

KEY CONTRACT DETAILS 6 month contract, outside IR35 Hybrid working in London Rate DOE WHAT YOU'LL DO Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to execute strategic priorities and business objectives. Lead large-scale transformation and change programmes across multiple functions. Drive organisational effectiveness initiatives to improve operational performance and business outcomes. Coordinate and manage high-priority cross-functional projects from planning through execution.

Support board reporting, governance activities, and investor engagement processes. Act as a trusted strategic advisor, providing insight and recommendations on critical business decisions. ABOUT YOU 15 years' experience within strategy, management consulting, business operations, or executive leadership roles. Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale transformation and change programmes. Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to assess business performance. Experience working closely with Boards, investors, and C-suite stakeholders.
