This role is an opportunity to shape and lead a local strategy in one of the country’s most dynamic boroughs, with a focus on creating economic opportunities for local residents through jobs, skills training, financial resilience and support for local enterprise.. Operating at the intersection of philanthropy, community engagement, and public-private partnerships, you will build the trusted relationships needed to create meaningful and sustained pathways to opportunity.

You will translate local insight into clearly defined priorities and measurable outcomes that deliver sustainable impact. The role calls for a strategic and collaborative leader who can navigate a complex stakeholder environment with credibility and purpose.

As a Social Value & Local Impact Lead in the Global Philanthropy team, you will lead JPMorgan Chase local community and economic development programmes and investments across Tower Hamlets. You will develop the strategy and plans, translating local insights into clearly defined priorities, partnerships, and measurable outcomes. You will establish trusted relationships with local anchor organisations, collaborate closely with Tower Hamlets local authority and private sector organisations across the borough, and partner across the firm to design and deliver locally relevant programmes.
