Product Manager - Payments Orchestration & CRM

We’re partnering with a rapidly scaling fintech specialising in fraud technology and payments orchestration. They’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of their payments & fraud platform, driving new feature development, optimising existing capabilities, and shaping the future of their product suite.

What you’ll be doing :
  • Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap that outlines features, milestones, and timelines.
  • Leverage customer and data to make informed product decisions, optimise performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand customer needs, identify product gaps, and prioritise high-impact enhancements.
  • Lead cross-functional project execution to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
  • Analyse performance metrics and customer feedback to inform continuous improvement of the payments and fraud ecosystem.
What we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager within payments, fintech, fraud technology, or payments orchestration.
  • Strong understanding of payments orchestration workflows and architecture.
  • Hands‑on experience with relevant CRM systems such as Checkout Champ, Sticky.io, Konnektive, or similar.
  • Solid project management skills with extensive exposure to Jira.
  • A structured, data-driven approach with the ability to translate technical detail into clear product requirements.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
What you’ll bring:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally within fintech, having experience of payments, fraud, CRM, e‑comm and/or subscription models.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage both internal teams and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to utilise data and metrics to drive product decisions.
  • Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira.
  • Understanding of payment solutions, fraud detection tooling, chargebacks, and data management.
