What you need- 5-7 years experience in project management (brand, consulting, or agency background)
- Track record of managing complex, high-stakes projects

- Understanding of creative process (you don't need to design, but you need to understand how designers work)
- Experience managing budgets £50k-£500k+
- Manage brand transformation projects end-to-end
- Coordinate between strategy, design, and client teams
- Develop project timelines and ensure delivery
- Manage client relationships and expectations
- Track budgets and resource allocation
- Identify risks and solve problems before they escape
- Competitive salary (£95,000-£125,000 based on experience)
