What You Will Do As  a Commercial Operations and Enablement Specialist within our Controls EMEA business, you will support the commercial excellence agenda by driving data quality, sales process discipline, reporting accuracy, pipeline visibility and sales enablement activities. Working closely with Sales, Service, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, Pricing and Operations teams, you will help strengthen CRM adoption, improve commercialperformancetrackingandenabledata-drivendecisionmakingacrosstheregion.

Identifyprocessimprovementopportunities,documentstandardwaysofworkingandsupportimplementationofbestpractices.

Coordinatewithcross-functionalstakeholderstoensuretimelyinputs,issueresolutionandactioncompletion.

What We Are Looking For Required Bachelor 'sdegreein

Business,Engineering,Finance,Marketing,Data Analyticsorarelateddiscipline.
5-7years'experienceincommercialoperations,sales operations,business analytics,salesenablement,marketingoperationsorasimilarrole.

Experience using Salesforce,PowerBI,Exceland Microsoft
365applications.

GoodunderstandingofCRMprocesses,salespipelinemanagement,forecastingandbusinessperformancereporting.

Stronganalyticalandproblem-solvingskillswithexcellentattentiontodetail.

Abilitytotranslatedataintomeaningfulinsightsandrecommendations.

Strongcommunicationandstakeholdermanagementskillsacrossmultiplefunctionsandcountries.
