A leading international professional services firm is seeking a BD & Business Manager to support the continued growth and market profile of its market-leading international Construction practice.
This is a broad, high-impact role combining business development, marketing and business management
, working closely with senior partners, sector leadership and business services teams globally.
- Support the development and delivery of the Construction group's strategic and business development plans
. - Partner with senior stakeholders to develop client relationships, account plans, cross-selling and growth opportunities
. - Lead integrated marketing campaigns, events, sponsor ships, webinars and client engagement programmes
. - Oversee directory submissions, awards, credentials, sector content and market-facing communications
. - Monitor financial, pipeline, client and operational performance
, providing insight to support decision-making. - Coordinate strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives and deadlines.
- Support annual budgeting, planning and business cases
, including potential lateral partner opportunities. - Act as a key link between Construction leadership and wider business services.
- Co-line manage and develop a dedicated M&BD Executive
. - Drive effective use of CRM, AI and business development technology
.
- Experience in business development, marketing or business management within professional services
, ideally legal or partnership-led environments. - Experience working with Construction, infrastructure, engineering or related sectors is highly desirable.
- A track record of delivering strategic growth initiatives and complex projects
. - Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial, client and performance data.
- Confidence operating at both strategic and hands-on operational levels
. - Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, communication and organisational skills.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, CRM and AI-enabled business tools
.
