** Role Overview
** The Product Manager is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and managing product capabilities that enable solutions across EMEA markets. This role serves as the bridge between customers, commercial teams, operations, market enablement, and technology teams to ensure product investments deliver measurable customer value while maintaining scalability, standardization, and operational excellence.
The Product Manager will own product requirements, feature prioritization, roadmap execution, backlog management, and cross-functional alignment. They will partner closely with Product Leadership, Market Enablement, Platform Engineering, Operations, Customer Enablement, and Customer Care teams to deliver new capabilities and continuously improve the product based on customer feedback and operational learnings.

**** Product Strategy and Roadmap
*** Support development and execution of the Market Measurement product vision and roadmap.
* Align product priorities with customer needs, market opportunities, business objectives, and expansion goals.
* Evaluate opportunities and contribute to investment and prioritization decisions.
* Help balance standard global capabilities with market-specific requirements.
** Product Requirements Management
*** Develop and maintain PRDs, user stories, business rules, acceptance criteria, workflows, and feature specifications.
* Ensure traceability from customer requirements through delivered functionality.
* Document and manage decisions, assumptions, dependencies, and trade-offs.
* Maintain product backlogs and prioritization frameworks.
** Customer and Market Discovery
*** Conduct customer interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions.
* Gather and synthesize feedback from customers and stakeholders.
* Translate customer and market needs into actionable capabilities.
* Serve as the voice of the customer.
** Cross-Functional Product Leadership
