Sales Enablement Specialist

Our Clint is a leading SaaS Global organisation that provides a great work environment. They are now seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to join their team for a 12 month contract.

This role manages the BPO enablement programs end to end, ensuring every vendor partner follows frameworks, playbooks and certification standards, and holding vendors accountable for consistent, high-quality delivery on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Program management:
  Manage the day-to-day rollout of BPO Strategy across all vendor partners in UK, AU, Canada and ROW, keeping every program on track against agreed milestones and goals. Co-owns enablement agenda within regional sales teams.
• Enablement Playbook ownership:
  Ensure BPO enablement teams understand standards and expectations to design, build and deliver sales training, onboarding, and quality assessment across the various programs wherever they sit.
• Audit cadence & calibration:
  Establish audit cadence for calibration sessions with Team Leaders and Quality Assessors at every partner site, so scoring stays consistent regardless of region.
• Impact validation: track success metrics such as – time-to-proficiency, certification rates, quality scores, and others – that BPOs enablement teams must report against to prove their enablement investment is driving sales outcomes.
