The UK MAI (Merchant Acquisition and Incubation) team operates within the SMB pillar of Tik Tok E-commerce, spearheading the acquisition and onboarding journey for new sellers. The team is responsible for UK Tik Tok Shop merchants and merchandise growth, aiming to onboard, incubate, educate merchants from scratch and drive their business success.
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager – Seller Growth, Fulfilment & Buyer Experience to design and execute scalable, data-driven growth programs across the full seller lifecycle on Tik Tok Shop UK.
This role sits within the Seller Incubation / Mass Growth team and plays a critical role in accelerating seller maturity while safeguarding fulfilment quality, buyer experience, and marketplace compliance.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capability, program ownership, and cross-functional leadership, using data as the foundation for every decision.
- - Own data-driven, full-funnel seller growth programs from onboarding to maturity.
- - Drive seller fulfilment and E2E lead time improvements, including dispatch SLA and delivery performance.
- - Own and improve buyer experience and aftersales metrics (late dispatch rate, complaints, refunds, returns, NPS).
