Executive Search Intern

Successful applicants join a group of interns at CAA Sports' London offices as part of a paid, full-time 12-week programme running from 1 February to 23 April 2027. Interns work full time for the duration of the programme and support a variety of projects within their assigned department, with duties spanning research, general team support, administration and data entry. The Executive Search internship sits within CAA Executive Search, a team that connects organisations with best-in-class leaders, from CEOs and board-level placements to senior managers, and specialises in identifying global top talent.

The programme is designed to help interns develop their career in an industry they are passionate about.

• Support the executive search team with lead generation, market research, travel arrangements, diary management and general administrative support
• Conduct client and candidate research using Linked In and other search platforms
• Create high-quality presentations and pitch decks using Power Point
• Assist with new business pitch presentations and client meeting update materials
• Build candidate profiles and prepare materials for client submissions in collaboration with the team
• Manage general systems and candidate administration
• Support the International Search business across report writing, pitch deck creation and research
• Conduct research and provide general support for the overall team, including administrative and data entry tasks
• Work full time for the duration of the programme, supporting a variety of projects within the assigned department
