London (Hybrid) | £55,000-£65,000 + Benefits | Active SC Clearance Required
We're working with a leading digital consultancy delivering large-scale transformation programmes across the public and private sectors. They’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience to join a growing team helping organisations modernise and secure their identity estates.
What you’ll be doing- Lead discovery sessions and workshops with business, security and application stakeholders
- Capture, analyse and document IAM requirements across complex environments
- Define and develop RBAC (Role Based Access Control) models and user access frameworks
- Map current and future-state identity processes, covering provisioning, approvals, reviews and de-provisioning
- Work closely with architects, engineers and delivery teams to support identity transformation programmes
- Gather and document onboarding requirements for Microsoft Entra other identity platforms
- Drive stakeholder engagement, challenge assumptions and ensure requirements are clear, achievable and aligned to business outcomes
- Support testing, implementation and adoption of new identity capabilities
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within Identity & Access Management projects
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts including RBAC, access governance, joiner/mover/leaver processes and identity lifecycle management
- Experience working with Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) or similar identity platforms
- Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
- Strong documentation and requirements gathering experience
- Previous experience delivering within Agile environments
- Active SC Clearance is essential
