The Client Development Lead is a senior growth role responsible for driving strategic growth, retention, and transformation programmes across priority global clients. The role combines hands-on client engagement with portfolio-level governance, programme leadership, and cross-client value creation.
It sits at the intersection of strategy, commercial leadership, and programme delivery, shaping how growth is designed, governed, and activated across the client portfolio.
The role offers exposure to multiple global clients and the opportunity to influence growth at both account and enterprise level.

• Lead growth planning, governance rhythms, and commercial accountability across the client portfolio
• Design and deliver strategic client programmes (retention, redesign, transformation initiatives)
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder growth projects and initiatives
• Embed best practice, learning, and scalable growth models across clients
• Contribute to cross-client insight, pattern detection, and capability development

• Commercially minded, structured, and delivery-focused
• Comfortable working at both client and portfolio level
• Strong stakeholder management and programme leadership capability
• Collaborative, pragmatic, and growth-oriented
