DescriptionDo you have experience analysing commercial performance within the telecommunications industry?
We're looking for a Commercial Insights Analyst who understands the drivers of growth in telecoms markets and can turn customer, product and commercial data into actionable business decisions.
You’ll also help us better understand our customers by analysing behaviour, usage patterns and market trends, creating performance dashboards and segmentation models that identify opportunities for acquisition, retention, upsell and revenue growth. Alongside this, you’ll monitor competitor activity and industry developments, translating insight into practical actions that strengthen JT's market position and customer propositions.
Success in this role requires strong analytical capability, commercial awareness and the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the business. You’ll be responsible for producing executive‑level reporting and presentations, simplifying complex information into clear, actionable insights that support decision‑making across Commercial Leadership and strategic governance forums.
This role is ideally suited to someone who has worked within a telecommunications, connectivity or subscription‑based business in a commercial insights, analytics or performance management capacity, with experience analysing customer acquisition, retention, churn, ARPU, pricing performance and commercial outcomes.
