We’re looking for a Senior Product Specialist to advance and optimise the Vitality programme and product proposition across Vitality Asia’s partner insurance markets. Acting as the primary market-facing product contact, this role will connect market priorities, customer insight and product performance data with Vitality’s global capabilities to identify and deliver high-value opportunities that improve member outcomes, engagement and customer experience. Working across partner markets and multidisciplinary global teams, the role will shape the regional product roadmap, lead evidence-based prioritisation and guide initiatives from discovery through to launch and benefits realisation.

It will balance local market needs with regulatory requirements, global product integrity, platform scalability and measurable business outcomes.

Key Actions Own and maintain product roadmaps for assigned partner markets, aligning customer needs, market objectives and commercial priorities with the global Vitality product strategy

Translate strategic opportunities into a prioritised portfolio of product initiatives and investments, leading roadmap discussions and enabling clear decisions across multiple markets and functions

Lead structured product discovery to identify and validate customer, member, partner and business problems before investment decisions are made Combine market feedback, behavioural data, customer insight and emerging trends to develop evidence-based product recommendations and support strategic decision-making

Guide products and enhancements through the full lifecycle, from opportunity identification and solution definition through to launch, performance evaluation and benefits realisation

Define product performance indicators and success measures, using adoption, engagement, retention, experimentation and business outcome data to improve performance across markets

Build trusted relationships with partner insurers and key market stakeholders, facilitating product forums, roadmap discussions and strategic workshops that create alignment and momentum

Represent the priorities of Vitality Asia’s partner markets within global product planning while protecting product integrity, scalability and the effective reuse of existing capabilities

Deliver through influence across product, design, technology, engineering, actuarial, clinical, operations, data and delivery teams to resolve complex issues and achieve shared outcomes

Identify responsible opportunities to use data, advanced analytics, artificial intelligence and emerging technologies to strengthen personalisation, customer experience, product effectiveness and operational efficiency

What do you need to thrive?

Significant experience in business analysis, consulting or product development

Experience working with Discovery and Vitality’s Global Partners Strong understanding of the Vitality programme and its application across partner insurance markets

Formal tertiary degree or higher qualification
