We don’t have the hierarchy of a large consultancy, and you will be in front of the client from day one! Associates have fantastic client exposure including independently leading client meetings and working on final client deliverables

Direct responsibility of one or more work streams or projects, where you will need to identify, assess and evaluate project ideas

Preparing communication (e.g. workshops, presentations, etc.) for senior executives on projects

Managing client relationships

Leading and driving projects

Guiding junior colleagues & assisting them with their work

Travelling based on project requirements

5 to 8 years of experience in management consulting or similar background

Minimum level of education as a Bachelor’s degree with excellent academic results

Strong team player that is passionate, reliable, and result-oriented

Strong business acumen

An ability to think analytically, break down problems, develop hypotheses and recommendations from data, analysis, and market research

Fluency in English
