• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 year of experience in sales management, management consulting, or Strategy/Sales Operations in an Enterprise Software firm.
• Experience working in an Enterprise Software/Cloud Sales/Consulting organization.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in leading large programs or consulting projects at a consulting firm with a focus on the enterprise sales space.
• Experience influencing and collaborating with senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and fast paced environment, with limited direction, balance competing priorities, and manage several time-sensitive projects at once.
• Ability to project manage and work with minimal guidance.
• Comfortable crafting and communicating insights from data, as well as attentio- to-detail and an interest in metrics/understanding trends and patterns in business performance.
• Excellent strategic, problem-solving, analytical, presentation and communication skills.

• Partner with UKI Leadership team to develop the organization’s strategy, growth, and business plan, becoming an integral part of the leadership team and trusted advisor.
• Tailor the UKI business strategy and narrative for the local markets, leveraging data to identify specific vertical, horizontal, and competitor risks and opportunities.
• Drive the business forward by developing and executing initiatives to accelerate our growth and scale the business.
• Shape the way we work and run the business as a Strategy and Sales Operations team, and manage the business for your region, own key processes, foster collaboration, and measure progress towards goals.
