Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through this clearance. This is a hybrid position.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

As a Senior ITSM Consultant, you will work as part of our advisory team working with clients and other CGI teams to understand business and service management challenges, gather relevant information and apply structured analysis to identify practical solutions. You’ll take ownership of your analysis, draw evidence-based conclusions and communicate recommendations clearly through high-quality reports, presentations and other client deliverables.

You’ll collaborate with a range of stakeholders to shape and support the implementation of agreed solutions, bringing new ideas to ambiguous or complex challenges. Supported by experienced colleagues and CGI’s wider community of experts, you’ll deepen your service management and consulting expertise while contributing to client engagements, proposals and future business opportunities.
• Analyse & Solve:
Apply structured problem-solving techniques to investigate business and service management challenges and identify root causes.
• Shape & Recommend:
Develop practical solutions that create value for clients and support wider engagement objectives.

Identify relevant qualitative and quantitative information and determine the appropriate level of detail for analysis.

Produce compelling reports, presentations, schedules and documentation for client and internal audiences.

Build effective relationships with client and CGI stakeholders and contribute confidently to meetings and presentations.
