A warm, reliable Swedish-speaking Nanny / Family Assistant is required for a welcoming family in Acton. The children are two lively boys aged 4 and 2.5, and the family is looking for someone who can support their development, keep them stimulated, and provide a calm, organised structure to their days. Alongside childcare, the role includes light family support and home organisation to help busy working parents maintain a smooth household routine.

This is a long-term position for someone who enjoys creating a positive environment, communicates well, and blends naturally into family life.

• Provide engaged, nurturing care for both boys
• Plan stimulating Swedish-language play, reading, activities, and outings
• Support daily routines, schedules and age-appropriate development
• Prepare healthy meals and snacks
• Organise toys and play areas
• Manage children's laundry and wardrobe
• Coordinate playdates and children's weekly activities
• School or nursery runs

• Assist mum, who works from home, with household organisation
• Help with light house admin such as returns, parcel drop-offs and posting
• Keep on top of dry cleaning, deliveries and shopping
• Maintain tidy shared areas, loading and unloading the dishwasher
• Light meal prep or batch cooking when required
• Manage shopping lists and help keep the home running smoothly

• Fluent Swedish speaker (essential)
• Experience working in private homes as a Nanny or Family Assistant
• Warm, calm and child-focused
• Excellent organisation and communication
• Comfortable with a mixture of childcare and family support and shared and sole charge
• Paediatric First Aid Certificate
• Nanny insurance (required)
• DBS in place or willing to obtain
• Two recent professional references, immediately contactable
