A welcoming, community focused primary school in Barnet are looking to recruit three enthusiastic and reliable After School Club Play Workers for the upcoming academic year, starting September 2025.

As an After-school club play worker, you will be providing a safe and fun environment for all the children within the provision.

• Supporting the daily running of the after-school club
• Leading or assisting with structured play, creative activities, and games
• Ensuring children are safe, happy, and engaged at all times
• Supporting with snacks and transitions between activities
• Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

• Experience working with children or young people
• Reliable, punctual, and proactive
• Keen to develop professionally and undertake further training
• Good spoken and written English

This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking for part-time work with potential for a permanent role as the school's provision expands. You'll be part of a dedicated team providing stimulating after-school activities, supporting wellbeing, and encouraging positive behaviour.
