Nursery Practitioner - Level 3 Qualified

We're looking for a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming and supportive nursery in Stratford. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent, full-time role where your passion and skills will make a genuine difference every day.

Your Day-to-Day
As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll:
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5.
Plan and deliver fun, engaging activities that spark curiosity and learning.
Track and record children's progress, supporting their next steps across the EYFS.
Build strong partnerships with parents and carers, sharing each child's journey.
Work closely with colleagues to ensure every child thrives.
What We're Looking For
Level 3 Childcare qualification - essential
Experience in an early years setting, with a genuine love for childcare
A positive, proactive, and caring personality with bundles of energy
Good knowledge of safeguarding and child development
A team player who brings creativity and enthusiasm to work every day

Permanent role with a salary between £20,000 - £25,000 (depending on experience)
Full-time rota between 7:30am - 6:15pm - flexible shift patterns
