We are looking for individuals who share our passion and commitment for delivering high‑quality childcare, playwork and children’s activities.
This role is part time, term time only, working Monday to Thursday from 7:30‑8:50am at the new club at Southfield Primary School in Chiswick, London (W4 1BD
).
- Actively and enthusiastically assist the Breakfast Club Manager in the safe and organised running of the Breakfast Club.
- Assist in the preparation, serving and tidying away of the children's breakfast.
- Maintain awareness and sensitivity for any children with additional needs (physical, behavioural, dietary).
- Develop a thorough understanding of relevant Ofsted standards & KOOSA Kids internal policies & procedures, including safeguarding.
- Ensure all activity areas are left clean and tidy at the end of each day.
- Suitable for someone with experience in a Primary School, Pre‑School or Nursery setting, e.g. a teaching assistant, early years educator or nursery assistant, or someone looking to move into the childcare industry.
- Passion/interest in working within a childcare, early years or playwork setting.
- Inspirational, bringing fun and creativeness to the team.
- A fun and energetic nature.
- Reliability and passion above all.
- Ability to relate and engage with children aged 4‑11 years.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to obtain an enhanced DBS check.

- Full training and inductions will be provided to all Breakfast Club Assistants.
Part‑time, term time only, Monday to Thursday from 7:30‑8:50am.
