My client is a major player within the Fit Out/ Refurbishment market. They are a cash rich, robust business who were established 20+ Years ago. They are based in the heart of London with most of their work located within ‘zone 1.’
There projects are typically between the contract value of £5M - £200M doing a mixture of Fit Out and major Cut & Carve projects.
My client work on some of the biggest projects around London and are now competing winning jobs against other tier 1 Fit Out contractors.
Currently they are turning over £300M+ annually and have lots of big jobs in the pipeline, as a result of several project wins they are looking to grow their operations section.
The last 2 years my client has done a lot to grow and progress the business to where they are now by attracting and recruiting some of the industry’s best talent, great branding, a concise process within the business and there is a lot of buzz around the business as they are an industry leader.

£40M+ Cat B Commercial Fit-Out & Refurbishment.
Responsibilities of Senior Construction Manager:
Roles & Responsibilities – Senior Construction Manager
Overall responsibility for the planning, coordination, and delivery of construction activities on site
Leading site management teams, including Construction Managers, Site Managers, and Supervisors
Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Implementing and maintaining robust health, safety, and environmental procedures in line with company and statutory requirements
Coordinating subcontractors and direct labour to ensure efficient sequencing of works
Working closely with the Project Director and Commercial team to manage programme, logistics, and cost control
