Associate Building Surveyor
£70,000 to £85,000 + package
📍London or South East
📝 What you’ll need
* Associate Building Surveyor with strong post-qualification experience
* Proven track record winning and delivering commercial work in office, retail, industrial or other commercial sectors
* Excellent client relationship and business development skills
* Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work autonomously
✅ What you’ll do
* Establish and grow a new commercial surveying division
* Develop and execute a business plan to win commercial clients and projects
* Manage and mentor a small team and integrate with the wider business
💰 What’s on offer
* £70,000 - £85,000
