The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a flagship £45 million cut and carve commercial development in London. This is a complex, high-profile refurbishment project involving structural alterations, façade retention, and full internal reconfiguration, delivered to a demanding programme and high quality standards.

This role is ideal for a driven Project Site Manager with a strong background in major commercial refurbishments who thrives in challenging city-centre environments.

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery

Leading site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers across multiple work streams

Managing programme, logistics, and sequencing in a constrained London site

Ensuring strict compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures

Working closely with the Project Manager, design team, and client representatives

Monitoring quality control, inspections, and snagging through to handover

Driving productivity while maintaining exceptional build standards

Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Site Manager on large-scale commercial refurb or cut & carve projects

Strong understanding of structural alterations, temporary works, and refurbishment methodologies

SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid qualifications essential

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Experience working on central London sites with tight logistics

Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and demanding programmes
