Project Quantity Surveyor

Overview

A Leading Construction Contractor is looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in West London. The main objective of the role is to deliver the commercial requirements for a high value fit out project.

• Work alongside project team to deliver the commercial requirements for a high value fit out project.
• Provide support to the SQS when required.
• Managing a small commercial team.
• Drafting and awarding JCT contracts to subcontractors.
• Monitoring, variation management and payment of subcontract packages.
• Post contract commercial management, managing live project costs.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a leading commercial function, delivering a large residential fit out project. You will be leading a small commercial team to deliver a very large project for our client, providing significant results for the business in this role. Our client has a strong pipeline of work for 2026, with the intention and desire to become a Tier 1 contractor within the next couple of years.

Supporting the delivery of a £200m+ residential superstructure project for a high profile client. Packages include M&E, RC Frames, Cleaning of the Facades, Curtain Walling, Rooftop Extension and Windows ranging between £100k - £1m+. All packages are being delivered using JCT contracts.

Our client is looking for experienced Project Quantity Surveyors, Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyors looking for a career move. You will have experience with JCT contracts, and be comfortable presenting CVRs to the senior management. Our client is looking for someone with construction and new build fit out experience.

Between £80,000 - £100,000 (depending on experience)
