Construction Manager

I'm currently representing a well-respected tier one Contractor that work across build, construction, fit out projects within the private sector. As a Group they have a proven track record delivering a variety of projects across Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, education, retail, and residential schemes ranging from small works to major projects.

Divsion:
Within this division all the projects will be solely within Fit out across Cat A and Cat B ranging from 50 Million + in value so previous large fit out project experience is essential.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing major project fit out division within the next 5 years to a 350 million turnover business.

• Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to maintain smooth project delivery.
• Enforce health and safety compliance, conducting regular inspections and site briefings.
• Monitor progress against programme and report on key milestones or potential delays.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and the project team throughout delivery.
• Oversee quality control, snagging, and project handover to ensure client satisfaction
