A London Cost Consultancy with an impressive client base, which includes multiple prestigious commercial and residential based projects, are seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor / Associate Director, with Director ambitions.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role

The Owners are seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor with 10+ years PQS / Consultancy experience within the London market, who can support the Directors and work alongside the current Associate Quantity Surveyors within the practice.

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for helping to lead the junior Quantity Surveyors with their day to day work, as well as mentoring them through their APC and general growth within the industry.

You will also take on key clients, fronting projects, and delivering them from inception to completion.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

MRICS
10-20 years' quantity surveying experience
UK, London, PQS /Consultancy background
Commercial project experience would be a plus
