Senior Quantity Surveyor

A collaborative, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy that is eager to add a team-focused Senior Quantity Surveyor who is eager to get "stuck-in", take on real project responsibility, and help shape the future of the QS team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

Joining their London office, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will lead a £60m for a significant client in Kensington. The project is currently in pre construction and requires a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is sharp with contracts and cost control, especially as it moves into the construction phase.

As well as this flagship project, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will get involved in various local authority and Council projects. The team are also keen on a Senior QS who is keen to grow with this team and have a real impact on its future.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

MRICS is a plus, but not essential
Strong contract and cost control experience
Cladding experience would be nice, not essential
Strong pre and post contract knowledge
Client facing
Ideally come from a PQS / Consultancy background
