Senior Quantity Surveyor

This is a newly created Senior Quantity Surveyor role, opened due to a growing and secured workload. It's a chance for an experienced consultancy-side QS who enjoys autonomy, responsibility and being trusted to get on with the job.

You’ll be joining a well-established, multidisciplinary consultancy with a strong pipeline of public and private sector projects across London and the South East. The culture is collaborative, grown‑up and people-first. Senior professionals here are empowered, not micromanaged.

• Leading cost management on multiple projects from early stages through to completion
• Preparing cost plans, estimates and reports using CostX
• Managing procurement, tendering and contract administration
• Advising clients with confidence on cost, risk and value
• Working closely with surveyors, PMs and design teams

• Consultancy background is essential
• Strong experience operating at Senior QS level
• Confident user of CostX (or very close equivalent)
• Comfortable managing your own workload and priorities
  
  Strong client‑facing and commercial skills
