Spider Crane Operator

Phoenix Gray is seeking a skilled Spider Crane Operator to join a reputable construction firm based in Canary Wharf, London. This specialised role involves operating Spider Cranes for lifting and manoeuvring loads efficiently and safely on-site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all crane operations adhere to safety standards, particularly when handling suspended loads. Your precision and attention to detail will contribute significantly to the smooth progress of our client’s projects, while embodying the professionalism that our agency is known for.

• Hold a valid CPCS (A94 and A66) or Npors (N140) certification, with particular emphasis on suspended loads
• Demonstrate previous experience operating Spider Cranes in a construction environment
• Have a sound understanding of health and safety regulations regarding crane operation
• Be capable of working independently and efficiently within a team
• Possess good communication skills to collaborate effectively with site personnel
