Constructive Moves are looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a PLC house builder.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on traditional housing developments across Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire.
In this role, you will be required to review the management of contracts with stakeholders and partners, ensure cost reporting (CVR) is completed and the following responsibilities:
* Client Contract Administration, ensuring build contracts are correct and risk is managed
* Maintaining positive client relationships
* Subcontract Procurement
* Resolving contractual disputes and legal matters swiftly
* Producing and presenting monthly cost reports to Senior Management
* Attending project handover meetings
* Supporting Health & Safety policy implementation
We need someone with:
* Experience in proprietary cost systems such as COINS
* Experience with in a developer or main contractor
* Relevant educational background in construction
* Strong product and build experience
