Quantity Surveyor needed for a Prime residential contractor in Central London
Do you have full lifecycle experience within the prime residential market?
Project values range between £2-10m.
* You will be based in HO (central London) and out on site and have full responsibility commercially for your project from pre-con through to final account.
* Procuring sub contractors
* Managing variations and cost reporting
* JCT and NEC form of contracts
