Senior Estimator - West London

They are seeking a Senior Estimator to join their Pre‑Construction team. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact within a forward‑thinking business, contributing to high‑profile residential projects while leading and developing a talented estimating team. This is an excellent position for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and values detail and accuracy.
The ideal Senior Estimator will have:- Extensive experience estimating high‑end residential construction projects.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate an estimating team.
- Proven experience preparing detailed cost plans, tenders, and competitive bids.
- Confidence managing internal and external stakeholders throughout the bid process.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, Excel, and general estimating software.
- Ability to work methodically across multiple tenders while meeting deadlines.
- Quantity Surveying or Construction Management qualification (beneficial).
