A well-established, architecture-led practice is looking for a Chartered Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Development Consultancy team, based in Central London.
About the ConsultancyThis consultancy has developed a multi-disciplinary Development Consultancy team of around 80 professionals, combining expertise across Architecture, Project Management, Quantity Surveying & Employer’s Agent, Fire Engineering & Site Inspection, Sustainability and CDM/Principal Design.
Within this structure, the Project Management, Quantity Surveying & Employers’ Agent team is growing, supported by a strong leadership structure of five Associate Directors, each building out their own teams, offering excellent opportunities for career progression and influence within the business.
They have established a strong reputation across the residential market, particularly within social housing, with a significant pipeline of fire remediation and retrofit projects across London. Alongside this, they are actively growing their presence across the private housing and new-build spaces.
About the Role - Chartered Quantity SurveyorThe successful Chartered Quantity Surveyor will be involved in a varied portfolio of projects, primarily within the residential sector, with a strong focus on social housing. There will also be opportunities to contribute to the practice’s expansion into private housing and new-build developments.
In addition to Quantity Surveying responsibilities, you will also provide Employers’ Agent services, playing a key role in the delivery of complex residential projects from inception through to completion.
This is primarily a delivery-focused role, with future opportunities for progression into business development and team leadership responsibilities.

About You - Chartered Quantity Surveyor- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Ideally MRICS or MCIOB (or working towards)
- Both pre & post contract experience
- Experience in fire remediation and retrofit projects
- Strong background within the residential sector is beneficial
- Proven experience acting as Employers’ Agent
- £55,000 - £65,000
