The role will offer exposure to a variety of commercial and education projects, combining both professional and project-based surveying work. As a Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering professional and project-led building surveying services. You will be involved in technical inspections, contract administration, refurbishment schemes, and condition reporting across a range of sectors including education, commercial, and residential.
Building SurveyorJob Requirements
- RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying or similar
- 2–5 years’ experience in a consultancy environment
- Progressing towards MRICS (APC support available)
- Experience with professional and project-based surveying work
- Strong technical report writing and communication skills
- Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel
