Project Manager – Site Based

Deliver complex projects. Lead from site.

This role suits a site-based Project Manager who enjoys being close to the build, leading teams on site, and taking ownership of projects from start to finish. You’ll be delivering a diverse portfolio of construction projects ranging from £1m to £25m, with the support of an experienced and well-structured business behind you.

Projects are properly planned, well-resourced, and delivered for repeat clients who value quality and consistency.

What you’ll be doing
Managing site-based delivery of projects valued between £1m–£25m
Leading site teams and subcontractors with a clear, organised approach
Driving programme, quality, health & safety, and commercial performance
Working closely with commercial and design teams to resolve issues early
Acting as the key point of contact on-site for clients and stakeholders What you’ll find here
