Location: Greater London
Our Client is a main contractor who turnover close to £50m. They specialise within both the commercial refurbishment and residential sectors. Their typical projects range from £5m - £10m.
We are assisting them with the hire of an internally biased Site Manager who has experience managing occupied buildings and has successfully delivered projects up to £7m.
Duties will involve, managing the day to day running of the site as the number one reporting into a visiting contracts manager, in charge of health and safety, client liaison and subcontractor management.
Our client run a lean permanent overhead however have freelance staff members who have been with their business for close to 10 years. They are willing to offer similar long term contracts to this hire.
