Associate Director Building Surveyor

£70,000 - £80,000 + c.15% over-target bonus

This is a permanent, full-time appointment. The role sits within a commercial real estate consultancy and is a project-led Building Surveying position with responsibility for a large, managed commercial estate.

🎯 Responsibilities

* Deliver contract administration and lead project management from inception to completion

* Act as key contact for a major managed commercial estate

* Advise on dilapidations matters, including negotiation

* Undertake project monitoring, Technical Due Diligence and manage Licences for Alterations

* Support the Director and wider leadership team while maintaining involvement in professional instructions

✅ Requirements

* MRICS qualified Building Surveyor

* Currently operating at Associate level or equivalent

* Experience working on large, managed commercial estates

* Strong project and contract administration background

* Credible client-facing communicator with commercial awareness

💰 Package

 * £70,000 - £80,000 basic salary

* Profit share bonus scheme (c.15% over target)

* Pension (4.5% - 5%), private healthcare, life assurance (3x salary)

* Group income protection (50% of basic salary)

* 22–25 days’ annual leave plus 3 days at Christmas and professional subscriptions paid
