A leading, national main contractor that deliver multi-million pound public and commercial projects have a great opportunity for an Assistant / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, based from their offices near Stevenage, Hertfordshire, working on projects in and around North London and the M25.

The company deliver projects in a number of sectors including education, leisure, health, retail, hotels, offices, as well as national frameworks for Government and Local Authorities. They have been established for many years and are recognised as one of the most reputable main contractors in the industry.

They are looking for an Assistant or Intermediate level Quantity Surveyor to support their commercial team, working on a range of commercial projects. The Quantity Surveyor will need to have at least 3 years’ experience working for a reputable main contractor, ideally with experience working on new build commercial projects. Experience:

• Ideally degree qualified / other relative qualification
• Track record working for a reputable main contractor
• Experience working on new build commercial projects
• Good commercial skills, knowledge and experience
• Career focussed and driven to succeed
• Full UK driving license
