Quantity Surveyor Construction

We are actively recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work as the main QS on a technical fit-out project based in Hammersmith, London with a construction value of 6 to 8 million pounds on behalf of our main contractor client on a Permanent basis.

• £70,000 to £82,500 (depending on experience)

  Working on mixed-use development projects around London with costs between 5 and 20 million pounds.

• Manage project budgets, costs, and cash flow.
• Prepare monthly cost-value reports and financial forecasts.
• Oversee the procurement and management of subcontractors.
• Negotiate contracts, handle variations, and resolve disputes.
• Work closely with project managers, site teams, and clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Mentor junior quantity surveying staff.
• Ensure projects comply with health and safety regulations.

• Previous Quantity Surveyor mixed-use Construction or Refurbishment experience necessary.
• A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field is desired.
• Professional qualifications and RICS membership would be highly valued for this position.
